I am an EMCC-accredited Executive Coach/Mentor (EIA - Practitioner Level) with a global background in leadership, cultural transformation, and organisational change. My coaching approach is shaped by over a decade of international experience across Europe, Asia, and North America, where I have supported leaders, teams, and organisations through complex transitions and growth.

Drawing on my background in Agile coaching, leadership development and psychological safety, I work with clients to deepen self-awareness, navigate uncertainty, and align personal values with professional impact. I believe that coaching is a co-creative and reflective partnership that enables people to unlock their potential, make more conscious choices, and evolve meaningfully in their roles and lives.

I hold the Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) and am committed to continuous development through supervision, reflective practice, and ethical coaching standards (including programmes in Leadership Coaching Strategies at Harvard University, Contemporary Coaching Developments and Advanced Coaching at the University of Oxford).

As a multicultural professional fluent in English, French, and Russian, and having lived and worked in 7 and traveled to 70 countries, I bring cultural diversity and systemic thinking into every coaching engagement.
